On March 14. 2000, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved the zoning change
request for Case No. ZC-600. Boren Addition, from MF-2 (Multi-family-2) to SF-12
(Single Family-12), on approximately 10.4 acres of property located at the northeast
comer of Warren Crossing and Beverly Drive.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-250 which was approved bv
Council and signed by the Mayor on June 13th.
