On April 8th, City Counc'd is likely to follow the Planning and Zoning Commission's
recommendation for approval of your specmi use permitl for a communications antenna to
be located approximately 1,350' west of State Road and 1,819' south of Sandy Lake
Road. The planning staff will not consider a favorable recommendation on this
application until the special use permit on the other property is revoked.
A reminder that the applicant will be responsible for obt~fing a zoning change request
sign from the Planning Department and placing the sign on the property 10 days prior to
the Planning Commission hearing. There is a $100.00 deposit fee for the sign. (Fill out
attached form and return to the Planning Department no later than Friday, April 4,
1997.)

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based o~ staff recommendations. Should
applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reason~ why staff recommendations should
not be followed when you attend the April 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and Ohms to the April 3rd DRC meeting.

the access road will need prior approval from the Fire Department.
2. Show the future alignment of Freeport Parkway from Sandy Lake to S.H. 121. It appears
as though it could conflict with the proposed location of the monopole.
