The planning staff will not consider a favorable recommendation on this application until the special use permit on the other property is revoked. A reminder that the applicant will be responsible for obt~fing a zoning change request sign from the Planning Department and placing the sign on the property 10 days prior to the Planning Commission hearing. There is a $100.00 deposit fee for the sign. (Fill out attached form and return to the Planning Department no later than Friday, April 4, 1997.) Note: A. B.
