re: DFW Trade Center Measuring Station
Grapevine permits public utility distribution equipment within any of its zoning districts by
special use permit. Therefore, Coppell can do the same withoul violating our agreement with
Grapevine. However, it will require an amendment to our PD District. This is no big deal, since
it is the exact same procedure as applying for a special use permit.
To follow, you will find an application form, submission schedule, fee schedule and reduced
copies of your submission materials from the case on East Belt Line and MacArthur. The full-
size drawings you submit this round should be similar. Wall rrmterial, however, should match
the trim on the buildings at DFW Trade Center.
If you can get us the drawings, the application and the $510 app~cation fee by Monday, we can
get you on the November Planning and Zoning Commission meeting agenda. If that results in a
favorable recommendation, you will get to City Council December 8.
