NoticecOPPEi £ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARENG The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of November, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-209-C, TownOaks Centre, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to PD-209-C (Planned Development-209-Commercial) to allow the construction of two, internally lit, 63-square-foot monument signs and to allow multi-colored attached signs for tenants exceeding 10,000-square feet (maximum of 2) at 120 S. Denton Tap Road, located at the southeast comer of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake Roads, at the request of Alert Hinckley, Univest Properties. All interested citizens of the City of Coppelt and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
