The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. S-1129R, Artisan Landscape Iac., zoning change from C
(Commercial) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to allow the operation of a
business within a residential structure on commercial property and for the associated open
storage area located at 832 Howell Drive, at the request of Brian Sandleback. The Planning and
Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than
that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City
of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate
in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her
opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

the operation of a business within a residential structure on commercial property and for the
associated open storage area located at 832 Howell Drive, at the request of Brian Sandleback.
