DRC Date: August 27, 1998 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: City Council Meeting: October 13, 1998 September 17, 1998 Note: A. B. Specify hours of operation and seating capacity. Provide parking analysis showing that the shopping center can accommodate the 30 parking spaces requirement. The submitted Town Center preliminary site plan was Bot the one approved by City Council. Please furnish correct site plan. (See staff, if you need a copy.) Furnish complete restaurant address with suite number. Red and blue signs not permitted. Light gray, light brown, beige, cream or white, as long as uniform with other signs. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based 9n staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provid9 reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the September 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and ~lans to the September 3rd DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, September 8th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 XI 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
