Submit a parking analysis to verify that with the conversiog of the 1,400 square feet
of retail lease space (requiring 7 parking spaces) to restaurCnt (requiring 14 parking
spaces) and considering the existing tenant mix, that there !s sufficient parking on this
property. If insufficient parking exists, then Board of Adjustment action would be
required after City Council approval.

recommendations. Should applicant disagree with stq]f comments please provide

Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats a#d plans to the December 6th
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explaini and defend any revision. A
representative for this project is required to attend the meqting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, December 11, 2~01 to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and a JPEG
file or PowerPoint Slide of each exhibit to the Planning D~partment.
