DRC Date: August 27, 1998 Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: City Council Meeting: October 13, 1998 September 17, 1998 Any TCBY signage must be shown and reviewed by slaff. All signs must be uniform in color either light grey, light brown, beige, dream or white throughout the center. Show exact location of the Subway sign on the building elevation. Furnish hours of operation and complete store address with suite number. Specify total seating capacity. Note: A. B. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based 9n staff recommendations.
