Notice of PH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 17th day of February, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of
Case No. ZC-600, Boren Addition, zoning change request from MF-2 (Multi-family-2) to SF-12
(Single Family-12), to allow an existing single family home on approximately 10.4 acres of
property located at the northeast comer of Warren Crossing and Beverly Drive, at the request of
Cody Boren. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district
which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. An5' citizen of the City or other part),: of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the CiD: of
Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
