No comments on proposed parking adjacent to site proper. Plan should relieve parking problems during peak hours. 2. SUP should also reference the existing residential use structure on Bullock. What is the plan for this use if residential parking accomodation goes away? Our office previously has gotten complaints regarding the increased traffic speed/grease disposal trucks use of this street due to the commercial use of this lot.
