Site Plan:
1. The SUP is being expanded only to include the parking ldt, and the access to it, then
the area calculations need to reflect that (i.e. application Io expand S1155R2 to
include additional parking). The site plan for the reuse o~'the existing home for
office use is illustrative in nature, and not deemed in comOliance with the city's
ordinances through this site plan review.
2. Per Section 31-82, second paragraph, given that this is nqt required parking, then
parking can be on a separately platted lot, subject to a written parking agreement
being provided.
3. Need to provide a physical barrier where the driveway crosses the alley to deter
vehicles from accessing the alley, while allowing for maintenance of the existing
utilities.
4. Parking spaces need to be dimensioned.
5. Need to indicate location, height, and type of lighting fixtgres proposed for this
parking lot. Lights need to be of down light type, not to Shine on existing residential
properties.

1. No comments on proposed parking adjacent to site proper. Plan should relieve
parking problems during peak hours.
2. SUP should also reference the existing residential use structure on Bullock. What
is the plan for this use if residential parking accomodation goes away? Our office
previously has gotten complaints regarding the increased traffic speed/grease
disposal trucks use of this street due to the commercial use of this lot.
