1. Label Site Plan showing the a/c unit enclosure as existing. ;Specify the type and
height of fence.
2. Address Fire Department's concerns.
3. The distances shown on the Site Plan (1.0) is incorrect. Tl~e distance from the
northern edge of the underground storage tank to the edge Of parking pavement is not
6' but 50' and the length of the underground storage tank isl not 30'6" but 38'.
4. Dimensions on Sheet 1 .la and 1 .lb are also incorrect. Service building does not scale
at the dimensions shown on the drawings. Modify the drawings.
5. Clarify if any additional landscaping will be provided.
6. For next submittal do not submit the following:
· Eliminate pages 2, 5, 13, 14
· Letter to Gary L. Sieb
· Proposed scope of work
· Site Plan application
· Owner's Certificate

6. A reminder, to fill out the attached form and return it t9 the Planning Department.
Also, pick up a zoning change request sign at the Pl?~ing Dept. no later than
August 6th. The sign should be posted by August 9th alad remain on site through
September 14th.
Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attertd the August 5th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 5th DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revisior~. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August l0th to resubmSt eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11)of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
