Summarize plant material providing type, size and quantity at the time of
planting.
Furnish a legal description of the lease site.
Staff requests that the 8' chain link fence be substituted with a 6' to 8' high brick
masonry fence due to its vicinity to the golf course.
Bring to the August 5th DRC meeting a color board with samples of all exterior
building materials.
Provide a notarized statement by the applicant as to whether construction of the
tower will accommodate collocation of additional antennas for future uses.
Have a landscape architect or arborist confirm that there are no trees 6" in caliper
on this site.
A reminder, to fill out the attached form and return it to the Planning Department.
Also, pick up a zoning change request sign at the Planning Dept. no later than
August 6th. The sign should be posted by August 9th and remain on site through
September 14th.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the August 5th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the August 5th DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, August l0th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
