Based upon the information provide to me by l,terior Architects, i have
determined that the attached revision to Avaya's approved plans is a minor
alteration to those plans, and I have administratively approved them as submitted
here. Basically the Generator Space has been reducedi substantially from Council
approval and landscaping will remain as presently configured with one additional
Bald Cyprus as shown on the plans. I recommend that a building permit be
issued--providing all building codes have been met4ased upon the revised site
plan attached to this memorandum
