16. STAINED AND PAINTED SURFACES SHALL BE FINISHED SUCH THAT
JOINTS ARE NOT VISIBLE WHEN VIEWED FROM ANY REASONABLE ANGLE.
17. ALL FINISH MATERIALS SHALL BE INSTALLED PER MANUFACTURER'S RECOMMENDED
SPECIFICATIONS, INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
18. ALL INTERSECTIONS OF FLOOR FINISH MATERIALS SHALL BE LOCATED DIRECTLY
UNDER CENTER OF DOOR, WHERE OCCURS, U.O.N.
19. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE GUIDES
FOR ALL FINISH MATERIALS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CARPET, LINOLEUM,
WALL COVERING, STONE TO THE ARCHITECT/OWNER.
20. ALL NEW WALL SURFACES TO BE SANDED & SMOOTHED TO LEVEL
21. PAINT ALL EXPOSED SURFACES, U.O.N. INCLUDING DOOR FRAMES, GRILLES,
PERIMETER DRAPERY POCKETS, SILLS, FIRE HOSE OR EXTINGUISHER CABINETS,
EXPOSED PIPING, ETC. U.O.N.
