On behalf of our client, Wakeland Properties, we respectfully re~luest an additional 60-
day extension of the filing of the Villas at Lake Vista Phase One!Fina P at for several
reasons.
We are waiting on approval of the Construction Plans from the ~ity Engineer as well
as finalizing the franchise utility easements and preparing the pl~t for filing.
The requested 60-day extension would provide us with the necessary time to resolve
the afore-mentioned issues.
