1. Landscape Plan is unacceptable. Needs to be done

2. Would lecommend not removing existing Crape
Myrtles.
3. Not sur~ what 16" cherry laurel is on plan. Cherry
Laurel ha~different varieties that range from a small
shrub up to a 20'-25' small tree. In either case this is a
poor choice for a school setting because the leaves
and fruits ~on cherry laurel are considered mildly
poisonouS. There are far better plant material choices.
4. Shouldiconsider screening parking lot on the north
and west~ides of the parking lot. Recommend using
Dwf. Burford Holly or Needle Point Holly.
