NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will holdi a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th
day of March, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Coun :il Chambers for consideration of Case
No. PD-97R3-R, Comers of Coppell (Universal Academy), zoning ch ~nge request from PD-97-R (Planned
Development-97-Retail) to PD-97R3-R (Planned Development-97 Revis: on 3-Retail) to allow the occupancy of
approximately 73,128-square-feet of the existing building for Universal, Academy (grades preK-12th), and the
occupancy of the remaining 41,475-square feet for college and/or retail u: es, on 10.7 acres of property located at
the southeast comer of Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Blvd., at the re~ uest of Karl Crawley, Masterplan. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are avited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, TX 75019.
