In response to the Minor Plat submission for Fellowship Church, I would like to outline the
final administrative approval steps required by the city of Coppelt.
After final review of the submitted plat by the Engineering Depa~nent, it has been requested
that a Floodplain Administrator's Signature Block be placed onlthe plat, as attached. Once
this is completed, the City will accept submission of the plat for Isignatures with a completed
application and fee. ~
