The majority of the building does comply with the required set back however 77'-4" of the 168'-0" building does go beyond that line. The property is limited in size and therefore complicates the ability to accommodate all of the landscape requirements. All of the landscape requirements are met except the "non-vehicular" calculation. The required "non-vehicular" square footage is 5,980 square feet.
