The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold ~a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st
day of October, 2004, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City CounCil Chambers for consideration of Case
No. PD-207-C, Ballet Academy of Texas, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to PD-207-C (Planned
Development-207-Commercial) to allow the construction of an 11,214-sqCare-foot ballet studio on 1.17 acres of
property located along the south side of Fitness Court, approximately 350 feet west of Denton Tap Road, at the
request of Mark Walnscott, Wainscott Companies. All interested citizens Of the City of Coppell and other parties
of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the lame. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this reqt~est by letter addressed to the City of
Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019!
