Dear Mr. Clausen:
This letter is to inform you that the Denton Tap Development, Lotl, Block A, Site Plan (Wachovia
Bank), to allow the construction of a 4,08 l-square-foot bank facilit[y, with five drive-through lanes,
on 1.41 acres of property located at the northwest comer of Dent~)n Tap Road and Fitness Court,
was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May 1042005, subject to the following
conditions:
1) The bank facility be full3' sprinkled.
2) Assure compliance with Section 12-23-5.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, which
states "Glass should not exceed 50 percent of the totallarea of any one facade
of a building".
For your information, this Site Plan is valid for a period of two yeari and will expire May 10, 2007.
