Dear Ms. Diamond,
,,O,n behalf of Mr. R,o, bert Buchholz (Town Center Holdings, Inc.), ~ am requesting a
'Detailed Site Plan' review by the City of Coppell, Planning Department, to allow the
construction of a new single story 8867 sq. fl. bank building with qrive-thru. All facades of
the proposed structure shall be masonry with the roof made of non{lustrous standing metal
seams. The bank building will be used for business operations.
The proposed bank building will have electrical power and plumbihg per code and rest upon
a concrete slab. All egress and ingress approaches are ex~st~ng and!will not be modified.
The site area is 1.550 acres. The proposed structure will have 54 l~arking spaces with a
covered awning in the rear yard (approx. 2355 sq. ft.), conforminglto City of Coppell
requirements.
No trees or shrubs will be removed for this request and the landscaping will conform to
Article 34.
