Rename site plan package to Natches Trace Addition Lot 1, Block C (Town Center Bank). 2. Delete 20' front yard setback, 3. Show brilck pavers or stamped concrete at entry along Denton Tap. 4. Review fire lane and mutual access easement at northeast section. This does not cover the proposed pavement. 5. Change data table to have correct acreage. 6. Revise I~reposed parking from 54 to 56. 7. Remove landscape data table from site plan. 8. Show he~ight of flagpoles. 9. Ensure ~lat matches with site plan (easements). 10. Show surrounding zoning information. Landscape Plan 1. Perimeter landscaping should be shown adjacent to the drive ailsle if on the property line. 2. Islands With trees should be shown at the end of each parking row. These are not included as part of the perimeter landscaping. 3, Show landscaping areas with different hatching (perimeter,: interior, non-vehicular) on separate exhibit, and revise calculations (required and proposed). 4. Show 44 Carissa Hollies instead of the 41 shown in chart. 5. Ensure 911 proposed landscaping is within the Plant Pallete of the Zoning Ordinance and are of the correct size. 6.
