On April 12, 2005, the Coppell City Council approved a zoning change from PD-199-HC
(Planned Development-199-Highway Commercial) to PD-199R2-HC (Planned
Development-199 Revision 2-Highway Commercial) to alldw the development of an
approximate 5,585-square-foot bank facility, with drive-throt~gh lanes, on 1.25 acres of
property located along the west side of MacArthur Blvd., soutll of S.H. 121.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-406, which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on May 10, 2005.
