The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will holdi a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th
day of March, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Cotm~il Chambers for consideration of Case
No. PD-199R2-HC, Vista Point II, Lot 5, Block A (Bank of Texas), zoOing change request from PD-199-HC
(Planned Development-199-Highway Commercial) to PD-199R2-HC (Plauned Development-199 Revision 2-
Highway Commercial) to allow the development of an approximate 5,58~-square-foot bank facility, with drive-
through lanes, on 1.25 acres of property located along the west side of MacArthur Blvd., south of S.H. 121, at
the request ofPles Schnitz, Schnitz and Sewell. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of
interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in thc same. Any citizen of the City or other party
of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
