Abide by Engineering's comments including those relative t. (see attached Engineering comment). 3) ~ a 30-foot utility/drainage easement )nths after approval by the City Council This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six m (November 10, 2005), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmitta, shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchis, utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City ignatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County P1, Records Department.
