development of one 137,000-square-foot office/warehouse building and one 153,000-square-foot
office/warehouse building on 16.8 acres of propem., located at the non~hwest comer of Be]tline and Airline
Roads, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May 10, 2005, subject to the following
conditions:
1 ) Obtain permission from properb' owner lo the w'est to connect into that owner's fire line.
(We need written confirmation.)
2) Inclusion of the 24-foot mutual access/fire lane easemcnl to the property to the north.
3) Abide by the attached departmental comments (Engineering & Fire),
Please submit to the Plam~ing Department two (2) copies of the r~vised Site Plm~ incorporating the
inclusion of the 24~foot mutual access/fire lane easement on or befo~re 12 noon Wednesday, May 25,
2005. For >'our information, this Site Plan is valid for a period oftw, o years and w'ill expire May I 0, 2007.
