The health of this tree may be affected by this development. The developer shall ensure that this tree is to be minimally impacted by this development. The services of an arborist should be contracted by the developer to consult before and during construction with regard to safety of the tree. It is recommended the deck footings be designed with minimail mass so as to reduce the affect on the root zot~e of the tree. For your information, the parking will be based upon ,~ 2,500 square foot building. Provide structural drawings prepared by an engineer st~owing the platform footings of the proposed deck will not disrupt the root ~one of the existing tree. Also, furnish a statement by a Certified Arborist certifying that the addition of the wood deck and platform footing will not negatively affect the growth of the existing tree. Furnish a scale drawing of floor plan, patio, and relatiqnship to existing tree (drawing provided does not show exact dimensions fromm patio to tree). Need scale drawing of what the "2nd Surface Mural" i~,, including colors. The western elevation needs to show distance to tree, t~oth from the building and patio. Clarify the location of stair carriage with stringer. Attention is invited to Section 29, "Signs" of the Copl~ell Zoning Ordinance. Signage size limited to building frontage dimension. Please provide dimensions on all drawings. Specify color of the sign raceway. Provide more color detail of internally illuminated log~ sign. If possible, submit a color rendering of the internally illuminated sign as well as the attached signs. Furnish hours of operation.
