1. No stacking will be allowed in the ftre lane. -
2. The driveway onto Vista Ridge Blvd. must be approved by Lewisville and TxDOT. A
deceleration lane may be required off of Vista Ridge Blvd.
3. The driveway off of Denton Tap will be the primary entrance into future development in
this area. As such a deceleration lane needs to be provided with 100' taper and 100' decel
length.
4. An 8' brick paver band needs to be provided for the driveway off of Denton Tap and S.H.
121 frontage road.
