This letter is to inform you that the Shadvdale Acres, Lots 3R and 4R }lock C, Replat, being a replat of the
north half of Tract''.~ and the south half Of Tract 4, Block C, to allow tl~e construction of two single-family
homes on 1.733 acres of property located at 132 and 136 Shadydale lane, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on Tuesday, July 12, 2005, subject to the following condition:
1) A Tree Removal Permit being obtained for each tot pno~ to the issuance ora Building
Permit.
For your information, Council also waived the alley requirement.

OF
EXECUTED FINAL PLATS AND I~EPLATS
Following approval of the final plal/replat by the City Council, and correctio~ of the plat if required by Council and the
Engineering Department after the.fir~'t r~,iew of the civil plans the infd)nnation listed below s required for the
submission of the Final Executed Plat to the planmng Department:
· Transmittal letter, including the name and telephone number o~the contact person
· All blank spaces completed, with the exception of the signature o
Seven (7) 24" x 36" black lines on white paper and two (2)
folded in a 8 1/2" x 11" format. You may submit additional
paper copy will remain with the City prior to filing and, after
