This letter is to inform you that the Shadydale Acres, Lots 3R and 4R, l~lock C, Replat, being a replat of the
north half of Tract 3 and the south half 0f Tract 4, Block C, to allow tl~e construction of two single-family
homes on 1.733 acres of property, located at 132 and 136 Shadydale Lane, was recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Co~nmission on Thursday, June! 16, 2005, subject to the following
conditions:
1 ) Waiver of the alley requirement.
2) A Tree Removal Permit being obtained for each lot prio~ to the issuance of a Building
Permit.

Revise the notations on the lots on the west side of Shad3,dale Lane from "revised" to
"replat' and revise the City Secretary's Signature Block ~o note Lot 3R and 4R, Block C,
being a replat of...
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is TCesday, July 12, 2005, at 7 p.m. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will I~e held in Council Chambers at Git>'
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed
staffto include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately re[lect conditions as recommended by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore. please submit to ithe Planning Department three (3)
