BEGINNING at an cut found in concrete at the intersection of the north

THENCE along the north tine of said Fitness Court and the common south line of said

of 78.17 feet to an "x" cut found in concrete for corner, said point being the
beginning of an arc of a curve to the left having a central angle of 15' 04' 17", a
radius of 527.50 feet, a chord bearing of South 81' 06' 22" West, and a chord
distance of 85.90 feet,;
Along arc of said curve to the left for an arc distance of 86.15 feet to a 5/8" iron
rod found for corner, said point being the beginning of an arc of a reverse curve to
the right having a central angle of 15' 04' 17", a radius of 272.50 feet, a chord

found in concrete for corner;

for corner said point being at the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the right
having a central angle of 37' 39' 49", a radius of 30.00 feet, a chord bearing of

THENCE leaving north right-of-way line of aforementioned Fitness Court and in a
northeasterly direction along arc of said curve to the right for an arc distance of
19.72 feet to an cut found in concrete for corner;
THENCE North 01' 15' 57" West, for a distance of 237.72 feet to a 5/8" iron rod
found for the northwest corner of Lot 1 in Block 1 of Grandy's Addition, said point
