CC letter of approval 5/10/05COFPELL May 11, 2005 Mr. Jim Gaspard Transwestern Commercial Services 5001 Spring Valley Road, Suite 600W Dallas, TX 75244 RE: PD-194R3-LI~ Amberpoint Business Park~ Lot ~R~ Block A Dear Jim: This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-194R3-LI, AnJberpoint Business Park, Lot 2R, Block A, zoning change request from PD-194R2-LI, (Plan~ed Development-194 Revision 2-Light Industrial) to PD-194R3-LI (Planned DevelopmenM 94 Revision 3-Light Industrial) to amend the Planned Development to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the development of three office/warehouse buildings, totaling approximately 714-,01 O-square feet, on 64.3 acres of property located along the south side of Sandy Lake Road, between Freeport Parkway and Northpoint Drive, was approved by the Coppell City: Council on Tuesday, May 10, 2005, subject to the following conditions: 1) Revise elevations of Buildings 5 and 6, which appear to be transposed. 2) Note on plans that the southeastern drive will not be used until Freeport Parkway is improved. Submit propo~sed barricade, and indicate that a headache bar will be installed Upon tie-in. 3) Comply with the attached Engineering and Fire Department comments. In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation, which includes compliance with Conditions 1 and 2, above. Please submit to the Planning Department two (2) folded copies of all revised plans on or 12 noon, Wednesday, May 25, 2005. Also, please submit one (1) 8 V2 x l I paper reduction of each revision. When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will be sent to you. As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returnee} to the Planning Department for your deposit reimbursement of $150.
