The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will holdi a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st
day of April, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No.
PD-194R3-LI, Amberpoint Business Park, Lot 2R, Block A, zoning change request from PD-194R2-LI,
(Planned Development-194 Revision 2-Light Industrial) to PD-194R3-L! (Planned Development-194 Revision
3-Light Industrial) to allow the development of three office/warehot~se buildings, totaling approximately
710,042osquare feet, on 64.3 acres of property located along the sout~ side of Sandy Lake Road, between
Freeport Parkway and Northpoint Drive, at the request of Jim Gaspard, T,answestern Commercial Services. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are i~vited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkrway Boulevard,
Coppell, TX 75019.
