This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1225-L1, Osburn Co4tractors.' to consider a change in
zoning from LI (Light Industrial) to S-1225-LI (Special Use Permit-1224-Light Industrial), to allow
the operation of a temporary concrete batch plant for a time period ~ot to exceed nine (9) months on
16 acres of property located at the northwest comer of Beltline~ and Airline Drive (Park West
Commerce Center, Lot 2R-3, Block 2), was recommended for aI~proval by the Coppell Planning
and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 16, 2005, subject to thc following conditions:
1) This facility shall be relocated from this property prior to any vertical wall
construction.
2) The applicant shall provide copies of applications and! permits from TCEQ.
3)
This temporary concrete batch plat shall be permitted io remain operational
for a period not to exceed nine (9) months from the d~te of Ordinance adoption,
while maintaining the required permits through the Tekas Commission
on Environmental Quality.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council lis Tuesday, July 12, 2005, at 7
p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council
Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
