Therefore, staff will be requesting th; Zoning Commission call a public hearing to change the bas( Use Permit- 1036) from HI (Heavy Industrial) to LI (Ligh Juding cover) 512-236-3365 embarking on a project to 9vise certain use lists, and it's entirety. Your client's ;ity of Coppell that is zoned tt the Coppell Planning and zoning of S-1036 (Special Industrial). The staff wilt recommend that this action be subject to allowing for ti" retention of the existing Concrete Batch Plat, as provided for in Ordinance 297-A-53. ! The Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing will be {entatively scheduled for June 16, 2005, and City Council on July 12, 2005.
