Dear Sharon:
This letter is to inform you that thc Vaughan Addition, Lot 1, Block A, Site Plan, to allow the
construction of an approximate 220-square-foot porch in front of the existing structure and the addition
of four parking spaces at 412 Bethel Road, located on 1.28 acres c~f property along the north side of
Bethel Road, approximately 170' east of Mitchell Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 18, 2005, sul0ject to the following condition:
l ) Change note - "4" aluminum channel letters" to "4" lettea's painted white" on the
signage shown on the elevations.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 13, 2005, at 7
p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council
Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in thc denial of this application. City
Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect
conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to thc
Planning Department three (3) folded copies of thc revised Elevation Plan on or before 12 noon~
