This letter is to inform you that the Parkwest Commerce Centei, Lots 2R&3, Block 5, Replat,
being a replat of Lot 2, Block 5, containing 14.84 acres of prgperty located at the northwest
comer of Beltline Road and Wrangler Drive, to allow the sale of!hesc lots, was approved by the
Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 13, 2005, subject to!the following condition:
1) Within six months of Council approval of this Replai, the 13 over-story trees
shall be installed along the western property line of Lot 2R.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials witl~in six months after approval by
the City Council (March 13, 2006), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be
required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared tbri filing, including obtaining the
franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering conutnents on the first review of the
civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the
document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. PleaSe see the attached checklist for
the requirements for filing.
