Dear Bruce:
This letter is to inform you that the Duke-Freeport Addition, Lots 2Rl&2R2, Block A,
Replat, being a replat of the remaining portion of the origin~l Lot 2, Block A, into Lots
2Rl&2R2, totaling 16.51 acres of property located at the nprthwest coruer of Freeport
Parkway and Bethel Road, was approved by the Coppell !City Council on Tuesday,
September 13, 2005, subject to the following condition:
I) Compliance with Engineering comments general ,~d at the time of
detailed engineering review.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Offici ~ls within six months after
approval by the City Council (March 13, 2006), or it shall N deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this pla: not be prepared for filing,
including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until fter receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it
is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the attached checklist tbr the requirements for filing.
