This letter is to inform you that the Duke-Freeport Additim}, Lots 2Rl&2R2, Block A,
Replat, being a replat of the remaining portion of the original Lot 2, Block A, into Lots
2RI&2R2, totaling 16.51 acres of property located at the nbrthwest comer of Freeport
Parkway and Bethel Road, was recommended for approval By thc Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 18, 2005, subject to the following condition:
1) Compliance with Engincering comments generaied at the time of
detailed engineering review.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Cot~ncil is Tuesday, September
13, 2005, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be p!esent at this meeting, which
will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to rep~'escnt this item may result in
the denial of this application.
