a proposed 12'-wide drive, leadi~ig, into_ the concrete parking area
to the west, where it will be widened to ~4 and will be located 10' from
the west property line. This will allow adequate maneuvering distance for
cars to exit the area. An exception to the ~ubdivision Ordinance is needed
to accommodate this driveway width, a; the minimum for commercial
development is 20'. This has been noted on the plat. Staff feels this is a
reasonable request due to this being a
