WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission and the governing body of the City of Coppell, Texas, in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas and pursuant to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Coppell, h~ve given requisite notices by publication and otherwise, and after holding due hearings and af~rding a full and fair hear ng to ~tll property owners generally, and to all persons interested and s~ituated in the affected area and m the vicinity thereof, the said governing body is of the opinion that Zoning Application No. PD- 108R6-H should be approved, and in the exercise of legislative idiscretion have concluded that the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Map should be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Map of the City of Coppell, Texas, duly passed by the governing body of the City ok~ Coppell, Texas, as heretofore amended, be and the same is hereby amended to grant a change in zoning from PD-108-H and H 77218 (Planned Development-108-Historic and Historic) to PD-108R6-H (Planned Development-106 Revision 6-Historic), to amend the Planned Development and a~tach a Detail Site Plan to allow the development of two medical and office buildings totaling approximately 33,000-square feet on approximately 3.3 acres of property located along thei south side of Bethel Road, approximately 185 feet east of Coppell Road, and being more l~articularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. SECTION 2.
