The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold[ a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th
day of May, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No.
PD-108R6-H, Historic Coppell Properties, Ltd.~ zoning change requ{st from PD-108-H and H (Planned
Development-108-Historic and Historic) to PD-108R6-H (Planned Development-106 Revision 6-Historic), to
amend the Planned Development and attach a Detail Site Plan to allow l~e development of two medical office
buildings totaling 32,995-square feet on approximately 3.3 acres of property located along the south side of
Bethel Road, approximately 185 feet east of Coppell Road, at the r~quest of Roger (Skip) Blake, Blake
Architects. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other pm'ti}es of interest are invited to attend this
public heating and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or
her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Recently, you were sent a notice regarding a zoning change
for Case No. PD-108R6, Historic Coppell Properties, Ltd.,
scheduled to be heard by the Planning and Zoning
Commission on May 19th.
This case has been postponed to the Comrfission's June 16,
2005, meeting. If recommended for app~"oval, the hearing
date for Council's consideration will be July 12
th.
