At least 2 utility poles must be removed (the 2 on the s~te or, preferably, the 2 in
the Vanbebber R-O-W and at least 1 on site, ifpossiblq), undergrounding of any
additional electric facilities, and placement of mechani{al equipment and utility
meters in inconspicuous location or screened from view.
Restriction of merchandise, such as magazine and new~Paper racks, firewood,
etc., and of advertising and promotional mater/als, inclgding drink machine
advertising, to the interior of the building, with windoN signs limited to 10% of
the glass area. (Provide note on plan)
The applicant must seek approval of a variance to the side yard and landscape
requirements by the Board of Adjustment.

recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide
reasons why staff recommendations should not be fol[pwed when you attend the
December 7th Development Review Committee (DRC) meet!ng.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats an[l plans to the December 7th
DRC meeting. Applicants' will be asked to show, explain, and defend any revision. A
representative for this project is required to attend the rneet~ng.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, December 12th toiresubmit sixteen (16) folded
copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1,/2 X l l.) of each exhibit to
