Dear Mr. Holland:
This letter is to inform you that the Old Coppell Townhome~, Lot 1 OR, Block A, Replat, to
allow the abandonment of a 5' access easement on the east si~te of Lot 10, 518 Mobley Way,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, September 15, 2005, with no conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 11,
2005, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be preserlt at this meeting, which will be
held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of
this application. Please revise the Replat to reflect the corr0ct owner of Lot 10R, Block A
(including Owner's Certificate) and submit to the Planning Del~artment two (2) folded copies of
the revised Replat on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ Septeq~ber 28th. Also, please submit
one (i) 8 '/2 x 11 paper reduction, along with one jpg, tiff, pdfot similar electronic file.
