COPPELL ROAD COPPELL,TEXAS 75019 BETTE FELDER 518 MOBLEY WAY COPPELL, TEXAS 75019 COPPELL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEA ING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a ptlblic hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of September, 2005, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration r~f the Old Coppell Townhomes, Lot 10P,, Block A, Rcplat, to allow the abandonment of a 5' access easement on the ea~ side of Lot 10, 518 Moblcy Way, at the request of Ron Robertson. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen o£ the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Col:~pell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019. Persons owning property within 200 feet and ~vithin the original subdivision of the proposed replat are required by State la~v to receive notification of this hearing. According to the current tax recordsi you are the owner of property within 200 feet of the replat. Regarding this replat, Local Government Code Section 212.015 requires that you be advised of the following requirement of subsection (c) (c) if the proposed replat requires a variance and is protested in accordance with this subsection, the proposed replat must receive, in order to be approved, the affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members present of the municipal planning commission or goyerning body or both. For a legal protest, written instruments signed by the owners of at least 20 percent of the area of the lots or land immediately adjoining the area covered by the proposed replat and extendi~ag 200 feet from that area, but within the original subdivision, must be filed with the municipal planning commission or governing body, prior to the close of the public hearing.
