This letter is to inform you that the Crescent Addition, Lot 1, B~ock A, Minor Plat and Replat,
being a partial Minor Plat of 0.99 of an acre tract and a Replat of l[,ot 5 of the Coppell Commerce
Center, Phase 1, to allow the development of an approximate 14i205-square-foot restaurant and
private club, with outdoor seating and cooking areas, on 1.9 acre, s of property located along the
south side of Bethel Road, east of Freeport Parkway, was recc4mmended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 21i 2005, subject to the following
condition:
1) Compliance with the attached Engineering comment~.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council iR Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at 7
p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meetinfl, which will be held in Council
Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
