reevaluate Freeport right-of-way.

3. Removle Crescent Real Estate notes from lot.
4. Change City Secretary's signature block to read Lot
1, Block A Crescent Addition.
5. Change Owner's Dedication to read "Block A" in
place of "Block 1".
6. Include "Replat and Minor Plat of" in the Title
Block.
7. Include Owners signature on the plat (Jim Witt, City
Manager City of Coppell).
