Dear Mr. Steer,
Based on our conversation this morning, this is just a formality to inform you that we had ~ change the brick color due to
problems from Acme Brick, based on a letter that Acme Brick sent us on 12/0~/05, The closest brick available is
, which is the same Oakmont brick previously approved by the City but with a I~lended darker color (mix of two different
bricks on one sample) that only represent just a 1/3 of the sample.
Also would like to emphasize that we concurred that we will match the screen wall color With the building color (Rosewood sample),
