Dear Bruce:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-186R7-LI, Duke-Freeport, ~,oning change request from PD-186R2-
LI (Planned Development-186 Revision 2-Light Industrial) to PD-i186R7-LI (Planned Development-186
Revision 7-Light Industrial), to amend the Planned Development to {ittach a Detail Site Plan to allow the
construction of a 142,247-square-foot building on Lot 2R1, Block A, add a 93,345-square~foot building on Lot
2R2, Block A, totaling 16.51 acres of property located at the northwest icorner of Freeport Parkway and Bethel
Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, Septerdber 13, 2005, subject to the following
conditions:
1) Provide dimensions and color specifications on elevation sheets.

More architectural detail needs to be incorporated on buildifcg elevations, including the
consideration of repeating the architectural feature at the southeast corner of the 93,000-
square-foot building at the northeast corner.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate docpmentation, which includes compliance
with the above-mentioned conditions. Please submit to the Planning Dep{trtment two (2) folded copies of revised
plans on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, September 28, 2005. Also, iplease submit one (1) 8 ½ x 11 paper
reduction of each revision. When this has been completed and Council had approved the Ordinance, a cop)' will be
sent to you.
As a reminder, the zoning change sign can now be returned to the Planning Department for your deposit
reimbursement of $150.
